Harwell Village News and Gossip

Harwell Village is in the south of Oxfordshire near the pre-Roman Ridgeway trail and is elevated above the Thames valley flood plains. The area was well known for fruit farming, but in more recent times is associated with the near-by research establishments. Roadworks completed on A34

The roadworks on the A34 south of Harwell have now been completed. The road surface seems to give out much less noise, but the people of Harwell still think it's a noisy and polluted place to live.
